Five Senses Tours Private Limited (the company) reserves the right to cancel a tour under any unforeseen circumstances in the interest of the welfare and safety of the guests.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any guest on the tour. It can terminate a tour even after its commencement if the situation so demands.
Guests will need to pay for all personal and other expenses like camera charges and any other charge not mentioned under “inclusions” in their tour confirmation.
Smoking and alcohol consumption is prohibited during the tours.
Guests are expected to wear modest clothes during temple visits. Entry to temples can be denied if clothes donot cover shoulders and knees.
Guests who are not Hindus may not be allowed into the inner sanctum of temples which houses the deity.
The company may use photographs and videos featuring the guests taken during a tour for its website and promotional material.
Pricing & Payment mode
Some of the tours are bespoke in nature and in such cases the price will be emailed to the guest after receiving inputs on the desired itinerary and # of guests. Upon receiving confirmation from the guests, an invoice will be raised and mailed to the guests. Guests can make the payment via an accepted payment gateway.
Some tours can be published on the website with the pricing. Such tours can be booked by directly making the payment on the website through the payment gateways that are enabled.
The tour will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

The Company does not make any representations as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information provided during the tour by the guide. Guests would rely on this information at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered which is claimed to have resulted from use of such information, including without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption or delay with respect thereto. The Company does not guarantee that the tours will commence or terminate at the exact arrival and departure times. The company shall not be held liable for any missed connections nor any expensed due to change in the arrival or departure timing of the tours.
The Company and/ or its representatives hereby assumes no liability in contract, tort or otherwise on account of loss of life, personal injuries or property damages to the Guest arising out of any events, happenings or occurrence during the trail except where such loss of life, personal injuries or property was caused by the fault or negligence of Company and except to the extent that such liability is imposed by law.
The Participant agrees to indemnify the Company from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the conduct of any of the Participants in the tour, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by him/her of these terms and conditions.
The Company shall use all reasonable efforts to procure the best services of all third party agents such as hotels, restaurants, vehicles, drivers and other suppliers engaged by the Company for the purposes of providing food, refreshment, stay, transport and other facilities. These service providers are independent contractors and the Company shall not be held liable for any personal damage, loss of life or property or expenses incurred due to any act or omission on account of such hotels, restaurants, vehicles, drivers other suppliers.
